We recently had an excellent seminar with Sensei Dave Hooper JKA. The classe mainly concentrated on kihon and kumite, Sensei's explanations are clear and concise, his demonstrations are both inspirational and depressing! Beautiful to watch, depressing to try and emulate.

Sensei Hoopers heian shodan training finished the class off nicely. All karateka practiced heian shodan forwards, backwards and in reverse!

Then everybody partnered up, one person performing the kata facing forward, the other karateka performing the kata in mirror image!

Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the classes and we all look forward to sensei Hoopers next UK Visit.
