Sensei williams put the junior squad through their paces in the first class, working on kihon, kata and kumite, sensei's  relaxed teaching style is like by everyone. but at the same time, he manages to bring out maximum effort in everyone.

 

The junior squad all trained very hard and showed why they are in this years squad!
