Battle Of The Fittest

Zanshin MKD - Battle of the Fittest 2008

Susan Singleton, a member of Biggleswade Dojo, is trekking to China to raise money for the Keech Cottage Children's Hospice, based in Luton.  Keech Cottage helps families from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes who are caring for a child or young person diagnosed with a life-limiting condition.

These children have a wide variety of conditions. Some may live only a few months whilst others will live for a number of years. Almost all will die before reaching adulthood.

To support Sue in her efforts, we are holding a Zanshin MKD Battle of the Fittest.

The Challenge will contain the following age categories:

·        5 to 11 year olds

·        12 to 16 year olds
