Hooper sensei, as usual, will conduct an excellent seminar, also bringing all the latest JKA shotokan karate news from the JKA in Tokyo.

Hooper sensei is always teaching ways to improve the most basic shotokan karate movements and his level of shotokan is simply amazing.

He always explains, that if you can master the most basic of shotokan movements, the rest is easy! Well, after watching Hooper sensei move, he's certainly practicing what he preaches.

I have mixed feelings with the seminar, for I am unable to train, due to torn stomach muscles( or is it a hernia?). Anyway, anyone nearby to Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, is welcome to come and train
