Hi Everyone,
Sunday 6th June, 9am, RSPB Sandy. There were some worried karateka and parents.
Everyone ran brilliantly, so that was the easy bit out of the way!
10am, Biggleswade Rec Centre.
The Black Belt Test!
Basics first, everything from white belt up to brown and black. Over and over again, there were some extremely tired karateka, but the all just kept on going.
Kata next. Every kata from white belt to brown and black. Over and over again, there were some extremely tired karateka, but the all just kept on going.
Kumite next. Every kumite from white belt to brown and black. Over and over again, there were some extremely tired karateka, but the all just kept on going.
All over! Wasn't that bad, was it?
