It's been a few years since I trained with Kanazawa Kancho, it was great to see the master again.
The training was excellent, working on different sanbon kumite drills, Chinte kata, basic combintaions and kumite drills.
The SKI seems to be really strong with a good core of loyal members who follow Kanazawa Kancho.
Great to see Sarah Horsley Heather, Marcus and Alex Ingham, Michael and Andrew Stevenson and Sensei Sandra Ingham on the course.
Here's looking forward to the next one!
