This should be a great seminar. For those of you that caught some of the Judo from Beijing you would have heard literally every time a team GB guy or girl was competing that Ray was the last team GB athlete to win a medal at an Olympic games, that being silver in Barcelona 1992.

I am hoping to catch Ray for an interview over the next few days so keep your eyes and ears open for that. Ray still is a truely world-class competitor who has no trouble schooling other Judoka 20 years his junior and with a balck belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Roger Gracie his grappling game is arguably one of the best in the country.

Keep your eyes peeled for another seminar before the end of the year, Michael Bisping is back in early 2009 depending on upcoming fights with the UFC then we are planning a seminar with American Judo/BJJ black belt and champion (under Ralph Gracie) Dave Camarillo who is the current MMA coach at the American Kickboxing Academy, John Fitch's instructor, BJ Penn's old sparring partner and all around quality martial artist for March 2009.
